Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 3 Oreo packets
- 50 g melted butter
- 300 ml double cream
- 300 g cream cheese
- Oreo pieces
- chocolate flakes
Cookware
- 20cm springform tin
Method
- Separate the cream from Oreo packets.
- Use 2 packets of the Oreo biscuits to make the base: crush them and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a 20cm springform tin and chill.
- Whip double cream until it forms peaks, then fold in cream cheese.
- Crumble the remaining packet of Oreos and the reserved cream from the first step into the mixture and fold through.
- Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly. Crumble Oreo pieces and chocolate flakes on top before serving. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
