Press into the base of a #20cm springform tin{} and chill. Whip @double cream{300%ml} until it forms peaks, then fold in @cream cheese{300%g}. Crumble the remaining packet of Oreos and the reserved cream from the first step into the mixture and fold through. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly. Crumble @Oreo pieces{} and @chocolate flakes{} on top before serving. Chill for at least ~{2%hours} before serving.
