Deep Fried Bananas
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- tbsp brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 0.25 cup water
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups oil
Cookware
- bowl
- deep pan or wok
Method
- Mix rice flour, wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, and sesame seeds with water in a bowl until the batter is thick.
- Cut bananas lengthwise into 4 pieces each and coat in the batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Deep fry the bananas until golden brown, about 5-10 minutes. Drain and serve with ice cream.
