Deep Fried Bananas

Method

  1. Mix rice flour, wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, and sesame seeds with water in a bowl until the batter is thick.
  2. Cut bananas lengthwise into 4 pieces each and coat in the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Deep fry the bananas until golden brown, about 5-10 minutes. Drain and serve with ice cream.
