Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
- cloves garlic
- pieces chicken
- pieces carrot
- 1 egg
- 30 g fresh wide noodles
- 4 tbsp water
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.25 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 kale

Method
- Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic rough chopped and chicken big sliced. Stir fry briefly.
- Add carrot thin sliced, then break in egg and mix everything together.
- Add fresh wide noodles and water. Season with fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce.
- Add kale diagonally sliced and stir until the leaves look dark and shiny. Serve with lime, chilli powder, and roasted peanuts.
