Method

  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic rough chopped and chicken big sliced. Stir fry briefly.
  2. Add carrot thin sliced, then break in egg and mix everything together.
  3. Add fresh wide noodles and water. Season with fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce.
  4. Add kale diagonally sliced and stir until the leaves look dark and shiny. Serve with lime, chilli powder, and roasted peanuts.
