Method

  1. Julienne carrot, cucumber, and cabbage. Pick sweet basil leaves, coriander leaves, and green or red oak lettuce leaves. Have sesame seeds ready.
  2. Place all vegetables onto rice wrappers, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roll tightly.
  3. For the dipping sauce, mix palm sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, fresh chillies chopped, garlic chopped, roasted peanuts, basil leaves, and coriander root finely chopped. Balance the taste between sweet, sour, and salty.
