Cashew Nut Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
- cloves garlic
- pieces chicken
- 0.5 onion
- 1 baby corn
- 1 dried chilli
- 1 spring onion
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce

Method
- Deep fry cashew nuts until golden brown and set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic rough chopped and stir until fragrant.
- Add chicken big sliced and stir until the chicken turns white. Add onion cut into quarters, baby corn big sliced, dried chilli diagonally cut, and spring onion cut into 1 inch lengths.
- Add water and season with sugar, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Mix well, toss in the fried cashew nuts, and serve with jasmine rice.
