Cashew Nut Chicken

Method

  1. Deep fry cashew nuts until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic rough chopped and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken big sliced and stir until the chicken turns white. Add onion cut into quarters, baby corn big sliced, dried chilli diagonally cut, and spring onion cut into 1 inch lengths.
  4. Add water and season with sugar, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Mix well, toss in the fried cashew nuts, and serve with jasmine rice.
