Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, sea salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together salted butter softened and white sugar and light brown sugar until combined.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  6. Roll 2-3 tablespoons of dough at a time into balls and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes to 10 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown. Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
