Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 360 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 227 g salted butter
- 200 g white sugar
- 220 g light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 350 g chocolate chips

Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, sea salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer, cream together salted butter softened and white sugar and light brown sugar until combined.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll 2-3 tablespoons of dough at a time into balls and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes to 10 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown. Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
