Method

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add lemongrass diagonally cut, galangal, kaffir lime leaf stem removed, chillies crushed, and onion big sliced.
  3. When fragrant, add chicken cut into bite-size chunks.
  4. Add mushrooms and season with fish sauce and sugar.
  5. Squeeze in lime juice and top with spring onion rough chopped and coriander rough chopped.
