Method

  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok over low heat. Add garlic chopped and chicken minced. Stir briefly.
  2. Add carrot thin sliced, mushroom thin sliced, tofu small diced, bean sprouts, garlic chives, and water. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Add glass noodles (soaked for 5-10 minutes if dry) and mix together for 5-10 seconds. Allow the filling to cool.
  4. Wrap the filling in spring roll wrappers and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
