Add @lime juice{0.5%tbsp}, @fish sauce{0.5%tbsp}, and @palm sugar{0.5%tbsp}. Mix until the sugar dissolves. Add @shredded green papaya{1%handful}, @long beans{5-10%pieces} cut into 1-2 inch lengths, @tomato{0.5} cut into quarters, and @eggplant{1} cut into quarters. Pound until the papaya looks soft and turns slightly brown. Top with @roasted peanuts{1%tbsp} and serve with sticky rice or cabbage. -- Cucumber, green mango, carrot or green apple can be used instead of papaya. For local style, add dried shrimp, shrimp paste, pickled crab or fermented fish.
