Make breadcrumbs from @sliced bread{5%slices} (whole wheat, crumbled — 5 slices equals approximately 220g). Dice then fry @large onion{1} in plenty of @olive oil{} in a #pan{}. When the onions have turned clear, add them (and all the oil) to the nut mix. Add @eggs{2}, crushed or grated @garlic{2%cloves}, @salt and pepper{} to taste, @vegetable broth{50%ml}, @dried thyme{1%tsp}, @dried parsley{1%tsp}, @dried basil{1%tbsp}, and @cheddar cheese{150%g} (mature cheddar is great) grated. Mix it again then knead well. Let it stand for ~{5%minutes}. Roll into a loaf shape. Place in a #baking tray{} and cook for ~{40%minutes} at 180°C (check it after 30 mins, you don't want it getting too dry).
