Pour in @soy sauce{4%tsp}, @mirin{2%tsp}, and @Japanese rice vinegar{1%tsp} along with @fresh udon noodles{275%g}. Stir well. Once the noodles are warmed through, take off the heat. Divide between 2 plates, scatter over @fresh root ginger{30%g} cut into matchsticks and sprinkle with @sesame oil{0.5%tsp}.
